How much does a summer day camp head counselor make?

This is a summer day camp in a affluent north shore suburb of Chicago. The position is called a "head counselor" and is all college students that are offered the job. Camp is 5 days a week for the length of the summer and is not an overnight camp. Thanks

2. A camp counselor probably makes close to minimum wage. The head counselor probably makes a little more. I would think if they were looking for a head counselor, they would prefer someone who has some counseling experience.
