Lost River Camps

Where are the good memorial day camping/party spots in nor Cal?

My friends and I are looking to do some camping this weekend and we're hoping to find a place where there are a lot of collage aged partiers around us. We are driving out of Sacramento. Any Ideas?

1. whisky town lake or shasta lake in redding go to the sacramento river in chico they all tube down the river but law enforcement is very tight watching for alcohol and glass containers You could also try lake oroville up in oroville or head to the north fork of the american river above auborn.
