Lost River Camps

Has anyone ever camp/canoed the Current River in Missouri?

Does anyone know of Good places to camp and canoe at on the Current river, In Missouri also known as the Ozark National Scenic Riverways? If so I would love the feedback!! I"ve heard that the campground called Jasons Place is not that great. but a lot of fun! anyone know of this campground?

1. There are a handful of sites with running water, and even some with electricity, and several primitive sites with only pit toilets. It depends how much you want to spend, and how private or primitive you're willing to camp? 2. Last year we stayed at Round Springs campground. We had access to showers (cold water!) and a nice camping area. The Canoe rental place picked us up in the morning and dropped us off at our canoe. This year we are going to try Pulltite Campgrounds. Hope to see you on the river. Have Fun!
